The CIS PDAM Surabaya Redesign project transforms a previously complex and cluttered utility application into a streamlined, high-performance digital platform designed to be inclusive and engaging for all demographics, including tech-savvy youth, elderly users, and business owners . By eliminating redundant menus and simplifying the navigation architecture, the redesign enables users to complete bill payments in under five seconds while introducing an innovative “Business Mode” that allows property owners to manage and pay for multiple meter IDs collectively within a single dashboard . This solution—validated through high-fidelity prototype testing—integrates real-time technician tracking and enhanced visual accessibility (high-contrast typography), resulting in a significantly more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all PDAM Surabaya customers .
