Deskripsi Proyek

Karir.AI (also referred to as Futurise) is a final project developed by Group 2 from the Digital Business Study Program at UNESA, designed as an AI-powered “career co-pilot” to address the critical talent crisis facing Indonesia’s young workforce. The initiative emerged from the urgent need to assist fresh graduates—typified by the user persona “Rani”—who face high unemployment rates, social anxiety, and frequent rejections due to the “invisible barrier” of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the threat of AI automation. By utilizing a comprehensive Design Thinking methodology (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test), the team aimed to transform career preparation from a reactive job search into a proactive, data-driven strategy that helps users navigate the future labor market.

The platform’s solution focuses on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) consisting of four integrated features: an AI Impact Score & Skill Forecasting tool to predict long-term skill relevance, a Future-Proof CV Builder calibrated for ATS algorithms, an Adaptive Career Roadmap for personalized 3-5 year planning, and an AI Interview Coach that provides structured feedback. Distinct from generic global platforms, Karir.AI prioritizes hyper-local Indonesian job market data to ensure relevance and sustainability. The project is supported by a multi-channel business model that includes a B2C freemium subscription for students, as well as B2B and B2G partnerships to provide employability dashboards for universities and predictive workforce data for government policymakers.
