Deskripsi Proyek
The Barista Approval & Request System (BARS) is a web-based digital platform
developed to streamline the process of submitting and approving stock purchase requests at
Kedai Kopi Satuju, a coffee shop in Surabaya, Indonesia.
The current manual process in which baristas send informal stock purchase requests
to the owner via WhatsApp is plagued by approval delays, lack of documentation, and no
formal notification mechanism. BARS is designed to replace this informal communication with
a structured, traceable, and efficient digital workflow.
Through BARS, baristas can log in and submit stock purchase requests directly through
a web application. The system automatically notifies the owner, who can then approve or reject
requests from any device with internet access. All request history is stored and accessible at
any time. The system is developed for use by three primary user roles
