The attached document is the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the Nur Toys & Accessories Distribution Monitoring System (NTADMS). This CONOPS, created by Group 7, analyzes the difficulties of manual record-keeping for a growing consignment-based toy distribution business in Purworejo, Indonesia. We propose the NTADMS, a simple mobile-based application utilizing a spreadsheet database to enhance data accuracy and operational monitoring of shop visits, product deposits, and sales collections, without disrupting the existing workflow.
